In 2017 NIO opened two user centers, NIO House. One is on Chang’an Avenue and one is in Zhongguancun. For the first new year’s eve after the opening, NIO arranged some special treatment for customers who already placed orders for es8. ARP Creative planned the NIO House NYE, arranged catering, decoration, and arranged band Dasha for Chang’an NIO House and band Natasha for Zhongguancun NIO House. Natasha did a special unplugged show and Dasha sang along with the kids and both created a warmingly sweet night.
